Returns and Refunds

Sergio Rossi offers a complimentary return service within 14 days of delivery for all items in their original, unworn condition. Each return must include the original security tag and packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your account or access the 'Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Sergio Rossi box and secure them inside the shipping carton, ensuring all original tags and protective films are intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid return shipping label provided with your original order to the outside of the package, covering any previous delivery information.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at an authorized courier point or schedule a collection; you will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
